EDITORIAL STORYTELLING INVESTMENT GUIDE 2026
CHARLOTTE, NC

The work

starts here.

THis guide covers what working with Seth Looks like – the categories of work, where investment begins, and how to get started. Exact scope and deliverables are shaped together on a call.

Three areas of focus

01 Editorial Photography

02 Event Photography

03 Film

Each project is scoped individually. The starting points below reflect the most common entry point for each category – final investment is aligned on your call with Seth.

01 – Editorial photography

Narrative Portraiture

Portraits for people whose story deserves more than a headshot – founders, speakers, creatives, and professionals. The subject in their world, photographed with intent and a point of view. Branding tells people who you are; editorial shows them.

Outdoor From

$550 – 1-hour session (10 edited images)

Studio From

$750 – 1.5 hour minimum (20 edited images)

Story Session From

$850 – Half-day environment & narrative (20–25 images)

02 – Event PHOTography

Event

Coverage

Conferences, TEDx, galas, and activations. Coverage that captures the energy of the room, not just what happened on stage.

Half Day From

$850 – Up to 4 hours (30–50 edited images)

Full Day From

$1,500 – Up to 8 hours (75–100 images)

03 – FILM

Speaker & Brand Films

Multi-camera capture and narrative editing for speakers and founders who need their story to move. Primarily by referral.

Film pricing is built, not packaged. The edit is the foundation of every project — that's where a film is actually made. Capture is added depending on what footage already exists. The first question is always: what do you have?

Edit & Production

Footage review, narrative structure, color, sound, licensed music, branded end card, two revision rounds. Delivers a finished 60–90 second film.

$1,200

Studio Interview

Two-camera setup with controlled lighting and audio, up to 2 hours. The backbone of most speaker films.

Edit & Production Cost +$600

Half Day On Location

Multi-camera capture of your keynote, workshop, or event. Up to 4 hours on site.

Edit & Production Cost +$800

Full Day On Location

Full event coverage. More angles, more moments, more material to build from.

Edit & Production Cost +$1,400

Three Common Builds

You have footage: Stage clips, past interviews, phone video, news segments. Seth assembles it into a finished film. $1,200

You need a voice: Some existing footage, but no proper interview. Studio interview added to the base edit. $1,800

Starting from nothing: Seth captures your live talk, shoots an interview, then builds the film. $2,600
